ToBoost is a digital marketing and content production agency specializing in professional video editing and social media content for brands, businesses, agencies and content creators. We are looking for an independent commission-only sales representative to identify, approach and acquire new clients who need ongoing video editing and content production services. Our services include Instagram Reels, TikTok content, social media ads, promotional videos, real estate and hospitality content, product videos and white-label video editing for marketing agencies. The sales representative will be responsible for generating their own leads, prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach, qualifying opportunities, booking meetings and helping move qualified prospects toward closing. ToBoost will provide portfolio materials, service information, pricing guidance and support with quotations and client-specific requirements. Compensation: 20% recurring commission on revenue generated from each client acquired by the sales representative for the first 6 months. Commission is paid after the corresponding client payment has been successfully received by ToBoost. This role is best suited for a self-driven sales professional with experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, creative services, video production or related industries. Existing relationships with marketing agencies, brands, real estate companies, hospitality businesses, healthcare/beauty businesses or content creators are a strong advantage. This is a remote, commission-only opportunity with no fixed salary.

Compensation This is a commission-only sales position. You receive 20% commission on every client you close. Our current subscription is $497/month, which means approximately $99 commission per closed client. There is no cap on commissions. Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance. We're looking for people who are comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure and want to get involved while the company is still growing. Looking for High-Ticket Closers! We are looking for people with 2+ years of proven high-ticket closing experience selling $5K–$15K+ coaching, consulting, or agency offers over Zoom/phone. Consultative Sales. ✅ Remote. US only. This is an offer for business coaching in the photography/videography space. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be enrolling warm, qualified leads into our coaching program via Zoom - zero cold outreach required. Pricing ranges from $13k-$25k+ for our programs. B2C leads are screened by a setter and then sent to Closers. B2B leads can autobook to Closers if high-scoring; all others have to go through Setters to be screened. We run consistent, live virtual events where we send hot people straight into the process. We also run consistent, 'Hammer Them' style ads/content to our leads that make them more aware, educated, and fired up coming into your calendars. We also answer objections, concerns, and questions in the content prior to leads getting to you. We have a mix of ad and organic traffic. Ad traffic is VERY much warmed up prior! There is a guarantee in our coaching program that we refund every dollar back to the student if they are not earning between $5k-$10k/month within the program, so it's fun to sell! (You still keep your commission if this happens too.) Responsibilities: Take 4–5 inbound Zoom calls per day (60 mins each on average) Maintain a 20%+ close rate Follow up with leads who didn’t enroll Attend daily Zoom sales huddles Keep CRM + reports up to date. On-target earnings range from $10K–$20K/month+ (uncapped) depending on performance and the volume you take. Our top closers will range between $15k-$25k/month.
