We are hiring a full-time Triage Setter / Inbound Setter to take the first qualification call with prospects whose appointments are booked by our LinkedIn setters. This is not a calendar-filling role. Your job is to have a real conversation, understand the prospect's situation, and determine whether there is enough need, fit, urgency, budget, and decision-making authority to move forward with our sales team. What you will do: • Conduct first qualification calls with inbound prospects • Ask thoughtful questions and listen closely to the answers • Qualify need, fit, urgency, budget, and decision-making authority • Route genuinely qualified opportunities to the sales team • Confirm next steps and help reduce no-shows • Keep the CRM organized with clear notes and follow-up actions • Track conversations, qualified opportunities, and booked calls • Help improve qualification questions, scripts, and handoff processes You may be a great fit if you: • Speak and write fluent English • Have real experience in sales, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, telemarketing, lead generation, or qualification calls • Communicate confidently with founders, experts, coaches, authors, and business owners • Know how to follow up without becoming random or pushy • Are organized, responsible, coachable, and comfortable working independently • Can work full-time with meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours Compensation: • $500 monthly base • $50 per qualified call booked • 5% commission on closed sales • Clear growth path toward a Closer role Selection process: Shortlisted candidates will complete a 60 to 90 second spoken-English introduction and a practical lead-qualification role-play.
