The Role You are a setter. Your only job is to take inbound-interested leads (people who've already watched our VSL or opted into our funnel), dial them, qualify them against a clear script, and book a closing call with Steven, the founder. That's it. You don't close. You don't pitch the full program. You open conversations and set appointments. The current system: Wave Dialer through GoHighLevel (roughly 1 minute per dial) Two-call process: you run the intro call, Steven runs the close Target: 250+ dials/day Daily report: dials made, conversations had, appointments set What We're Looking For Prior outbound phone sales experience (high-ticket a plus) Comfortable with consistent high-volume dialing Coachable. You'll be given a script and we expect you to run it. Self-managed. This is a remote role and we track outcomes, not hours. Finance, trading, or investing background is a genuine plus Stable internet and a quiet place to dial from
