Commission-Only Sales Rep – Video Editing & Content Production

ToBoost is a digital marketing and content production agency specializing in professional video editing and social media content for brands, businesses, agencies and content creators. We are looking for an independent commission-only sales representative to identify, approach and acquire new clients who need ongoing video editing and content production services. Our services include Instagram Reels, TikTok content, social media ads, promotional videos, real estate and hospitality content, product videos and white-label video editing for marketing agencies. The sales representative will be responsible for generating their own leads, prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach, qualifying opportunities, booking meetings and helping move qualified prospects toward closing. ToBoost will provide portfolio materials, service information, pricing guidance and support with quotations and client-specific requirements. Compensation: 20% recurring commission on revenue generated from each client acquired by the sales representative for the first 6 months. Commission is paid after the corresponding client payment has been successfully received by ToBoost. This role is best suited for a self-driven sales professional with experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, creative services, video production or related industries. Existing relationships with marketing agencies, brands, real estate companies, hospitality businesses, healthcare/beauty businesses or content creators are a strong advantage. This is a remote, commission-only opportunity with no fixed salary.
