I’m comfortable speaking with customers and prospects, identifying needs, explaining solutions clearly, and moving conversations toward a close. I have worked in call-center environments, used CRM-style workflows, followed scripts and structured processes, and stayed organized while managing high call volumes. I’m also comfortable learning new products quickly, receiving coaching, and working independently in remote environments.
