Remote Appointment Setter

Hey, my name is Wali. I have about 2 years of experience talking and communicating with people. In that time, I learned how to talk to various types of people (including the sketchy, impatient, angry). I've spent this year helping 10-20 students individually, which taught me to listen first, diagnose the real problem, and earn trust through visible progress. I'm moving into customer success to do that for customers and make sure they're satisfied.
