Latest offer: EUR 5-7k coaching program on booked calls - 8 closes, EUR 28,000 cash collected, 73% show-up, 33% close rate. Last 3 months: about EUR 30,000 cash collected; best month EUR 50,000 revenue closed from 20 leads. Earlier: ~40% close on a EUR 750 offer and ~15% on EUR 3,000; B2B sales of workplace-safety certifications (largest single deal ~EUR 15k). I also led an appointment-setting team (recruited and trained 4 setters). HubSpot user for 4 years.
